By accessing or using Corix Host's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium members.
Corix Host provides hosting services including game servers, root (VPS) servers, and dedicated servers. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations. Prohibited uses include: hosting malware or malicious content, conducting DDoS attacks, spamming, mining cryptocurrency without authorization, and distributing illegal content.
All services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Corix Host aims to provide 99.9% uptime for all services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Please refer to our SLA document for full details on uptime commitments and compensation.
Corix Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the control panel. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
