All new game server and root server purchases are eligible for a full refund within 72 hours of the initial order. No questions asked. Simply open a support ticket and your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Dedicated server orders are non-refundable due to the hardware reservation process. However, if your server does not meet the specifications listed at the time of order, we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund.
Submit a refund request via our support system at support@corixhost.app. Include your order number, reason for the request, and contact information. Our team will process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. Account credits are applied immediately.
